Poultry Feeding System:
Broiler automatic feeding system including a driving device, a hopper, a conveying pipe, an
auger, trays, suspension lifting device, an anti-perching device
and a feed sensor. The main function of the system is to tansport
the feed from the hopper into each feeding pan to ensure the eating
of the broiler and automatically controlled by the level sensor's
direction which give the oder to motor to make it working or stop

360 degree chicken waterer nipple drinking system This system is able to provide fresh and clean water for
poultry(broiler,layer chicken) which is crucial for the growth of
poultry. Nipple Drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps baby
chicks start well, makes drinking easily. Supplying clean water to nipple drinker and control water capacity
steadily.
The 360° flood provides a large amount of feed at the edge of the
pan making it easily accessible. Each broiler feeding pan has the feature of a feed saver lip which
reduces waste, along with the feed saver fins which will help keep
the birds from wasting the feed, and the 360° rotation of the
feeder that insures even feed distribution.
When a flooding pan is no longer required, simply winch the feeders
off the floor and the feed adjust returns to the preset grow-out
position. In the grow-out position the feed volume per pan is
reduced, and the feed is delivered to the feeding area, giving easy
access to the feed. |
